When the Spirit Moves You, Move

There’s nothing like a free spirit who has released all demands of who they should be, how they should act and what they should do in any given moment. They embrace their true essence and live fully in the moment.

It’s not something you plan to become. It happens naturally after you give yourself permission to be true to yourself and that means following your dreams and your instincts while letting go of what others think of you and what is or is not possible.  That’s why I always say when the spirit moves you, move.

A Free Spirit Lights a Spark in Others

Give yourself permission to be who you truly are and do what you want to do. When you do that, you ignite a passionate fire inside you that cannot be snuffed out by anyone or anything and you begin to expand yourself and your perceived abilities at warp speed.

Chimpanzees in laboratories suffer physically and psychologically, and it is unethical to continue to use them in experiments. This bill will save $300 million in federal tax dollars over 10 years, helping to reduce the deficit.

We are committed to ending the exploitation of chimpanzees held captive in laboratories this Congress, so we need your help to pass this important legislation. Ending chimpanzee experiments in the United States will affect more than 1,000 individuals.

The bill will save them from lives of painful experiments in stressful laboratory environments where their emotional, physical, and psychological needs cannot be met.

Over the last few months, major media outlets have reflected the emerging scientific and ethical consensus that chimpanzee experimentation must end. In a groundbreaking development, Scientific American – the most prestigious general interest science magazine in the world – called for a ban on September 28. Just last week, McClatchy Newspapers published an op-ed entitled “Stop Wasting Tax Dollars on Chimp Abuse.”

Join our fight to end the unethical and ineffective use of chimpanzees in experimentation. Your members of Congress need to know that you care about this issue.

Blissful Reminders of Your Magnificence

Never forget that you are source energy and that you are a magnificent creative being with infinite resources and talent.  No matter what is going on around you or what you may think, there is support for your creative endeavors and people love being around the real you, the one that is spontaneous, creative, light, fun and playful.

Whenever you forget how much you are loved or if you become infused with negativity from the outside world or a subconscious dump in your own mind, take a few minutes and listen to these blissful reminders of who you are and how much you are loved.

The universe supports you. It embraces you. It loves you. So let go and love yourself. Set yourself free to be who you want to be. We are waiting for you.

Wings to Fly

Sometimes the heart can take flight merely by observing the magnificence of nature and it’s gentle reminders of who we are and the beauty in and all around us.  Spend some time getting up close and personal with nature for blissful reminders of the essence of love.  It will take you to new heights and wonders, expand your mind and your heart, and set you back on a path of awe and wonder, from which you may begin to create from a new and exciting place.

Inspiration

If you ever wanted to write a song or play an instrument, never let the fear of not knowing how to do it take over.  There is a mystical magical force that kicks in the moment you commit to doing it.  As soon as you put pen to paper or start playing with musical notes, it’s as if this creative presence comes through, in and around you to support your innate creative talents, the ones that you have hidden from yourself and the world.

You have support from the universe in bringing your creative endeavors to life, no matter what you, your mind or anyone else tells you.  If the urge to create music is there, then the creative flare is there too so it’s up to you to light that spark. Believe in yourself and just start doing it.

Magical Muses

Trust the process. You have magical muses around you. Inspiration will arise everywhere if you allow yourself to receive it.  Sometimes it can come from a word, a phrase, a movie, a book, a photo, a picture, a loved one, a stranger, or even a glance at something that will trigger an idea or an entire song.  Sometimes your mind will travel back to your past where you can dig up some buried treasure that becomes a beautiful pearl for the world to behold in your music. Sources of inspiration are endless, as are your creative talents.  You were born to create.

Sometimes we can get so distracted by the myriad of things on our to do list and  the every day burdens and the ever expanding global challenges we face today that we forget to see, feel, honor and experience the blissful divine manifesting in its purest form all around us.
